Since graduation from Georgetown University Law School with a Masters of Law degree in Taxation, Mr. Mehdiyoun has represented individuals and businesses in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and nationwide before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state tax authorities. He regularly assists taxpayers in tax controversy matters such as tax audits, tax liens, tax levies, offers in compromise, sales and use tax, wage & salary garnishments, back taxes, payroll taxes, employment taxes, embassy & consulate employees' tax matters, innocent spouse relief, trust fund recovery penalty, installment plan agreements and international tax issues.

Mr. Mehdiyoun holds post-graduate degrees from Columbia University and a J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. His office is located in Rockville, Maryland.
