Mr. Campbell is the managing partner of Miller, Miller & Canby in Rockville, Maryland. His clients include business owners, contractors, subcontractors, property owners and landlords. He represents them in the state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He focuses his practice in areas of business litigation, lease negotiations, landlord-tenant disoputes, construction litigation, property tax appeals and real estate litigation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, and a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Campbell was the articles editor for the UB Law Forum, and he served as the chair of the International Law Society. He was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for constitutional law. Before joining Miller, Miller & Canby, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Paul A. McGuckian in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. 

A licensed practitioner for nearly 30 years, Mr. Campbell is active in legal and community organizations, including the Montgomery County Inn of Court (past president and treasurer), the West Point Parents Club of Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia (transportation coordinator), and the Bar Association of Montgomery County.
