A graduate of American University Washington College of Law, Mr. Morgenstern went on to serve as a clerk for a federal judge for two years before joining a large law firm in New York City. He moved on to teach at Brooklyn Law School, where he wrote treatises and articles for legal publications related to the rights of consumers and accident victims. He continues to write articles about legal and medical topics for professional journals.
