She then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and she was the editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review before being awarded her Juris Doctor in 2013. She has been admitted to practice in Maryland since 2013.

Ms. Broder constructs each estate plan to represent a particular client’s needs and objectives. In that regard, she has prepared last wills and testaments, a variety of revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care and financial powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. Ms. Broder also suggests that all of these documents be periodically reviewed and updated where necessary to reflect changes in her clients’ family, health and financial situations.

In her family law practice, Ms. Broder has prepared and reviewed qualified domestic relations orders as well as other agreements for those of her clients who are going through a divorce and who need to divide qualified and nonqualified retirement accounts, including military pensions. Her superb track record in both of her practice areas have earned her an “Excellent” peer review rating through Avvo and other honors.
