Soon Ei Sweeney

Soon Ei Sweeney serves as a senior associate at Salvado Law, which is based in Rockville, Maryland. Concentrating her practice on family law matters, she takes on cases including divorce, custody and support, property issues, adoptions and alimony. She also represents clients who need help with criminal law matters. 

Gathering immense experience and skill through advocating for her clients in Montgomery County, Frederick County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Prince George’s County and Harford County, Ms. Sweeney has been in the legal field for over 14 years. 

Compassionate and empathetic, Ms. Sweeney takes the time to listen to her clients’ family law issues and forms strategies and solutions that are unique for each of them. She keeps communication lines open and ensures they are up to date on the status of their case at every stage. A fierce advocate for her clients, she prioritizes their best interests and helps them navigate this difficult time in their life.

Graduating summa cum laude, Ms. Sweeney received her bachelor’s degree in English and political science from the University of Lynchburg. While there, she was the editor-in-chief of the Student Literary Magazine. She obtained her doctorate in jurisprudence degree from The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law.

Ms. Sweeney is admitted to practice in all of Maryland’s state and federal courts and is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland, where she is actively involved and also was a past board member. She has received a “Superb” rating on Avvo for her notable legal work and has also received many five-star ratings from her satisfied clients.
