Todd P. Forster

Todd P. Forster is an attorney and shareholder at the law firm Futrovsky, Forster & Scherr, Chartered, out of their Rockville office, in Maryland. Serving clients in Maryland and Washington, D.C., he represents clients in matters involving commercial litigation, business law, real estate transactions, insurance coverage issues, collection matters, corporate law and probate litigation. 

Mr. Forster has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses with insurance coverage issues, business disputes and general litigation matters, as well as advising business owners with employment and operational issues. He also represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and collection matters, and represents clients from a wide range of local and national corporates and enterprises. 

Serving clients through litigation and counsel, Mr. Forster is a fierce and tireless advocate for the rights of his clients. He makes sure to explain complex legal jargon in simple terms so that his clients are up to date on every aspect of their case. Additionally, he is adept at handling the pre- and post-litigation processes such as document drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts and leases. 

With a bachelor’s degree (1992) from The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Forster went on to study law at The George Washington University Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1995. He is admitted to practice in all the state and federal courts of Maryland as well as the District of Columbia.
