Andrew M. MacDonald

Andrew M. MacDonald is a founding partner of MacDonald Law Office, LLC, located in Salisbury, Maryland, where he provides dedicated legal representation in a broad range of criminal defense matters. Mr. MacDonald handles cases involving DUI and DWI offenses; drug-related charges such as possession, distribution and trafficking; as well as violent and gun crimes, including assault and firearm violations. His practice also encompasses domestic violence matters, theft-related offenses, sex crimes and white collar crimes such as fraud and embezzlement. Mr. MacDonald earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University in 1992. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Baltimore School of Law in 1995. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Maryland and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Active in the legal community, Mr. MacDonald is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Wicomico County Bar Association. His professional achievements have been recognized with the Coordination Honor Award from the United States Department of Justice and a Certificate of Achievement from Wicomico County.
