David H. Moyse

Attorney David H. Moyse is a founding partner at Rockville, Maryland's The Law Offices of Jezic & Moyse, LLC. At the firm, Mr. Moyse focuses on representing clients from Rockville and Silver Spring, surrounding Montgomery and Prince Georges counties, and throughout the state of Maryland and neighboring Washington, D.C., who face criminal charges and charges for driving under the influence. In addition, he also assists victims of negligence as they pursue personal injury compensation.

Mr. Moyse began his legal career in 2006 after earning his law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his approval to practice law in the state of Maryland. In the nearly 10 years that have passed since he began practicing law, Mr. Moyse has repeatedly demonstrated his legal abilities, especially in high-profile criminal law cases.

Thanks to attorney Moyse's many successes and pro bono work, he has earned a number of honors from within the legal community and his local community. In both 2013 and 2014, Ten Leaders included him on its list of the top 10 criminal defense lawyers under the age of 45, and Montgomery County, Maryland's Abused Persons Program presented him with an award of recognition and appreciation for his efforts on behalf of the victims served by the program.

In addition to spending time volunteering in his community, Mr. Moyse is also an active member of the legal community. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, the Maryland Association for Justice and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association.
