Harry A. Suissa

Attorney Harry A. Suissa is the founder of the Law Office of Harry A. Suissa, P.C., in Silver Spring, Maryland. Mr. Suissa handles matters in the areas of family law, criminal and traffic, personal injury, civil litigation and business law, with an emphasis on family law. He represents clients throughout the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area including the cities of Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville and Silver Spring in Montgomery County and also Prince George’s, Howard, Anne Arundel, Frederick and Baltimore counties. Mr. Suissa’s staff is bilingual.  His paralegals speak both, English and Spanish that allows him to reach out to a broad range of clients.

Mr. Suissa obtained his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and earned his law degree from St. John's University in New York, New York. He has been admitted to practice in Maryland since 1977 and in the District of Columbia since 1978.

Federal courts that Mr. Suissa is admitted to appear before include the US Court of Claims, US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Supreme Court of the United States, US District Court for the District of Columbia, US District Court for the State of Maryland, US District Court for Northern District of Ohio and the US District Court for Northern California.In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Suissa is an active member of his local legal and professional communities. In the past he has been The Chairman for Law Day.  He participates in a variety of groups and associations, both sharing and enhancing his legal knowledge. He is an active member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and The District of Columbia Bar.
