Steven C. Rohan

Attorney Steven C. Rohan is the founder of Rohan Law Firm, LLC, with offices in Silver Spring, Laurel, National Harbor and Langley Park, Maryland. With more than 20 years of experience practicing personal injury and workers' compensation law, Mr. Rohan has represented hundreds of accident victims and workers throughout Maryland and the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area who have suffered serious personal and workplace injuries. He most commonly works with clients whose injuries or illnesses have left them permanently disabled.

After graduating cum laude from the University of South Carolina, Mr. Rohan earned his law degree from American University Washington College of Law, also graduating cum laude. He is licensed to practice in the courts of Maryland and Washington, D.C., as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and has argued cases before all of these courts, as well as before various administrative agencies.

Mr. Rohan's work on behalf of injured Maryland and Washington, D.C., workers has resulted in many substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients, including several that totaled more than $1 million.

Along with his law practice Mr. Rohan is a member of professional organizations including The Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, the Prince George's County Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. He enjoys educating others on employee rights and speaks to organizations dedicated to protecting workers rights on a regular basis. He has also authored numerous articles on workers' compensation issues that have been featured in a variety of legal publications.
