Bradley S. Shepherd

Licensed to practice in Maryland since 2014, Mr. Shepherd is authorized to appear before all the state and federal courts of the state. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, from where he secured his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. Prior to that, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and sociology in 2011 from the St. Mary’s College of Maryland. 

While in college, Mr. Shepherd interned for the Honorable Judge Louis A. Becker III at the Howard County Circuit Court and served as a law clerk at a private law firm. Soon after graduation, he stepped into his professional career as an associate attorney. 

Throughout his more than eight years of law practice, Mr. Shepherd gained experience in various fields as he worked on cases including landlord-tenant issues, creditor’s rights, motor vehicle torts, medical malpractice, divorce, real estate and criminal defense. Later, he opened his own firm to provide exclusive attention to his clients and ensure better service. 

Mr. Shepherd’s knowledge in diverse fields allows him to assist his clients on any legal matter that they face trouble with. He understands that a majority of people fear legal proceedings as they find the law complicated to comprehend. He makes sure to explain each case and the terms of law in simple terms to his clients to make them feel comfortable and confident in their decisions.

Mr. Shepherd is a membership committee chairperson of the Criminal Law Section of the Howard County Bar Association. He also holds memberships in various associations including the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association, the Maryland Association for Justice and the Maryland State Bar Association.
