Aaron J. Turner

Attorney Aaron J. Turner is a principal attorney with the Levin & Gann law firm in Towson, Maryland. He has notable experience representing automobile dealers and finance companies with sales disputes, and he has handled many cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, the Maryland Contract Lien Act, the Maryland Homeowners Association Act and Maryland home improvement laws.

In the areas of corporate and employment law, Mr. Turner has served the needs of employers and commercial clients ranging from small sole proprietorships to national franchises during litigation and arbitration proceedings involving contract disputes, employment law violations, shareholder controversies and other serious matters. He has extensive appellate experience, and he has successfully argued cases before Maryland's U.S. district and bankruptcy courts.

A summa cum laude graduate of Georgia State University, Mr. Turner attended the University of Baltimore School of Law. While pursuing his legal degree, he was heavily involved with the University of Baltimore Law Review, serving as staff editor and associate comments editor. He obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2007 and went on to earn his master's of law in securities and financial regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center.
