Attorney Jane Frankel Sims is the founder and managing attorney of the Sims & Campbell law firm. She works primarily out of the firm's Towson, Maryland, location. Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Arizona and the District of Columbia, Ms. Sims uses her more than 19 years of legal experience to assist clients with protecting themselves and their assets for the future and in creating solid estate plans that will serve them and their heirs for years to come.
Handling all areas of estate planning and administration, Ms. Sims provides invaluable counsel and support regarding estate and gift taxation, trust creation and administration, charitable giving, and other related matters. She has significant experience representing high net worth clients and those with complex needs, such as business owners and licensed professionals, and she has extensive experience drafting and enforcing durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives and other important documents.

A 1995 magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University, Ms. Sims received her Master of Arts in education from Stanford University in 1996. She then attended Harvard Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2000. While there, she served as editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Along with maintaining a thriving legal practice, Ms. Sims supports her legal community through her involvement with various professional legal organizations, such as the Baltimore Estate Planning Council, as well as through her frequent lectures and seminars. A Baltimore native, she is also heavily involved in her local community, particularly the Jewish community, and she currently serves on the board of trustees for Stetson University and The Park School.
