Lee J. Eidelberg

A Principal with Levin Gann PA, a century old full service law firm in Towson, Maryland, Lee J. Eidelberg has led a long and illustrious legal career spanning more than 35 years. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in marketing management in 1979, Mr. Eidelberg attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1983. While in law school, he served as prosecutor for the student honor court and was active with the Moot Court board. He also published an article entitled "Wrongful Birth" for the University of Baltimore Law Forum.

Licensed to practice in Maryland since 1983, Mr. Eidelberg is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York, as well the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Early in his career, he served as Baltimore County Assistant State's Attorney, where he prosecuted numerous cases involving a wide range of juvenile, misdemeanor and felony offenses.

He then entered private practice, where he focused primarily on defending the rights of those facing litigation involving toxic torts, defective medical devices and other liability claims, such as construction defects, serious personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as cases involving complex business disputes.
