Marshall T. Henslee

Mr. Henslee's practice concentrates on representing people who are being investigated by law enforcement or have been formally charged with a crime.  He has spent the last twenty-five years defending clients in state and federal courts, helping clients face charges such as Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Assault, Armed Robbery, Homicide, Public Corruption and large-scale federal drug conspiracy cases, among others.  He is a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense.  His office is in Towson but he has represented clients in courts throughout Maryland.
