Shannon Lee Boisseau

Shannon Lee Boisseau is an associate attorney at the century-old law firm Levin Gann PA. located in Towson, Maryland. Working there for about the past five years, she represents clients in the areas of family law and general litigation matters. Concentrating her practice in the Greater Baltimore metropolitan area of Maryland, it has been over six years since she was licensed to practice in Maryland. 

Majoring in political science, Ms. Boisseau graduated with a B.A. from Duquesne University, along with a minor in psychology. Attending law school as a part-time student, she found time to work at the University of Maryland’s Baltimore Office of Research and Development, where she gained exposure to industry-sponsored clinical trials and corporate contract agreements. Later in 2017, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association in the same year. 

Ms. Boisseau commenced her legal career in law as a judicial law clerk at the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, with the Honorable Judge Michael J. Finifter. During this tenure, she broadened her knowledge and refined her skills in the field of law. She also garnered a distinct and multifaceted understanding of various complex matters pertaining to civil and domestic disputes. 

Ms. Boisseau has represented clients in the Appellate Court and Supreme Court of Maryland, and has been fortunate to be involved in landmark cases. She played a significant role in influencing the State’s approach to deciding the fate of cryogenically frozen pre-embryos in the event of the dissolution of a marriage or partnership.
