Sloane Fish

The founder of the Law Offices of Sloane L. Fish, LLC, Sloane Fish focuses her practice exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury, primarily nursing home megligence, medical malpractice and automobile accidents.  Located in Towson, Maryland, she furnishes representation to clients throughout the greater Baltimore metropolitan area and other parts of the state who have been harmed by the negligence of other people or entities. The types of matters that Ms. Fish has handled have included surgical errors and other forms of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, defective products, auto-pedestrian accidents, premises liability, and truck and other motor vehicle crashes. She also has traffic violations and other criminal defense experience.

During her career as a plaintiff's attorney, Ms. Fish has helped her clients obtain sizable settlements and jury awards, and her fellow professionals have taken notice, as evidenced by her receipt of an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. Admitted to practice before all Maryland state courts, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. A former member of the board of governors of the Maryland Association for Justice, Inc., Ms. Fish remains active in that organization, and her other affiliations include the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Prince George's County Bar Association and The Bar Association of Baltimore City.

Ms. Fish majored in biology as an undergraduate and received a bachelor's degree in 1996. After obtaining a Master of Arts in Teaching from Goucher College, she pursued her legal education at the University of Baltimore School of Law and was awarded her Juris Doctor cum laude in 2006. Ms. Fish founded her firm in January 2010.
