Completing his undergraduate studies in 1986 at The George Washington University, Mr. Gann set his sights on pursuing a legal education and enrolled at the University of Baltimore School of Law. In 1989, he received his Juris Doctor as well as his M.B.A. in law and business, and a year later, obtained his license to practice in Maryland.

Mr. Gann is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Gann’s practice is multifaceted in its approach to each individual case.
