    Attorney Jeffrey L. Harding is the founder and principal of Harding Law, LLC, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. A former Prince George's County prosecutor, he prosecuted numerous high-profile cases, and he uses the knowledge and experience he gained in that role to devise the most effective defense strategies possible for the accused.

While there, he was a member of the National Trial Team, and he served as staff writer and editor for the school's law journal. He also received the Faculty Award for his excellent academic achievements in Appellate Advocacy.

    Mr. Harding is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and he serves on the board of directors of the Prince George's County Bar Association as well as the organization's Judicial Selection Committee.
