- Client charged with Assault 2nd degree for allegedly spitting on a nurse who was giving him a Covid test. After two-day jury trial, Client was found Not Guilty after the jury deliberated for only one hour., 2022

In 2016, defended a Client who was charged with a 5 Count Indictment, including 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, use of a firearm in the commission of the crime of violence, which is a 5-year mandatory minimum, false imprisonment, and failure to obey a lawful order, 4 charges he was found not guilty, and the only guilty count was false imprisonment. Also able to secure several favorable settlements for personal injury clients, 2016
- Client charged with Assault 1st degree, Assault 2nd degree, Use of a Handgun in the Commission of a Crime of Violence and False Imprisonment.
