Founded by Damian Turco, a former president of the Massachusetts Bar Association, our firm has grown into one of the largest family law practices in New England. We pair the resources of a larger practice with the accessibility of a firm that never loses sight of the individual behind each case.

Jessica MacRae Sousa is a Partner in Charge at Turco Legal with more than 25 years of litigation experience and a practice devoted exclusively to divorce and family law. She represents clients in sophisticated matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity, and post-judgment modifications. As a Certified Financial Litigator (CFL), Jessica brings advanced financial expertise to complex family law disputes, helping clients navigate issues involving asset division, business valuations, taxation, and support with confidence.
