From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Feinman was on the District of Massachusetts’ private Chapter 7 U.S. Trustees in the Bankruptcy panel. He holds memberships in various associations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. He serves as a mediator in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire and the Massachusetts Superior Court.
