For folks who are navigating the world of divorce or custody, Rebecca Neale and her firm provide a variety of pathways for resolution -- mediation, litigation, and Collaborative Process.
Rebecca represents parents in divorce and custody proceedings throughout the Commonwealth, particularly in Middlesex, Norfolk, and Essex counties. With almost two decades of law practice, Rebecca is a strong and realistic advocate for clients who are standing up for their children's best interests and for their equitable share of the marital assets. She brings an analytical eye to the financial issues and an empathetic approach to parenting challenges.
Rebecca also helps families set up a will, trust, or other estate planning documents in order to ensure that their final wishes are carried out with as little friction as possible.
You may see Rebecca active in the community, as an Assessor on the local Board of Assessors, a trainer at the Women's Bar Foundation's annual lawyer training, or any number of community events supporting Bedford families. She co-chairs the Women's Bar Association's Middlesex Committee and is a member of several other local bar associations.
