Richard M. Gelb, a partner and co-founder of Gelb & Gelb LLP, is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New York, District of Columbia, United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of Connecticut, United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Second and Eleventh Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He is a graduate of New York University (B.A.) and Boston College Law School (J.D.).
