Robert Noa

Robert Noa is a dedicated attorney, helping clients in matters of workers’ compensation. As the founder of Robert L. Noa, Attorney at Law, in Beverly, Massachusetts, he serves clients across the Boston, Lawrence and Lowell metropolitan areas. With nearly four decades of experience in the legal profession, he approaches each case with a thorough understanding of the law and a commitment to achieving suitable compensation for his clients.

After completing his undergraduate studies from Providence College, Mr. Noa pursued his law degree at Whittier Law School. Upon admission to practice law in Massachusetts in 1988, he served as an in-house counsel for American International Group, handling defense work for their numerous insurance companies in both general liability and workers’ compensation cases. This experience provided him with an intimate, inside understanding of how major insurance carriers evaluate, defend and litigate claims.

Later transitioning into a private practice, Mr. Noa headed the workers’ compensation department at a small personal injury firm. He successfully represented clients for a number of years before starting his own practice in Boston in 1994. Since then, he has stayed committed to providing personalized attention to each client. Through his client-centered approach, he strives to secure suitable benefits for individuals who were injured at work or as a result of others' negligence.

Throughout his career, Mr. Noa has successfully represented thousands of individuals seeking federal disability benefits before the Social Security Administration.
