Alessandra Wingerter

From the law office of Fitch Law Partners LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, Alessandra Wingerter serves clients efficaciously and with grace and poise, pursuing every available legal avenue to achieve their goals expeditiously. She is well-equipped to handle all aspects of environmental law and land use law. She is widely respected within her legal community through her active involvement in organizations such as the Boston Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.

Ms. Wingerter completed her undergraduate studies cum laude in 2011, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from St. Lawrence University. She went on to attend the Vermont Law and Graduate School to pursue her legal career, while simultaneously enrolling at Yale University to gather a deeper understanding of her future practice area, i.e., environmental law. In 2017, she received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude, as well as her Master of Environmental Management degree, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice law in Massachusetts.

During her time in law school, Ms. Wingerter gained immense exposure either clerking at or interning in numerous organizations, including the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Environmental Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. After gaining her license, she went on to clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Gordon H. Piper of the Massachusetts Trial Court – Land Court Department, and for the Honorable Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, further providing her insight into the inner workings of the judiciary.
