Alexandria Castaldo

Alexandria Castaldo began her legal career at Phillips & Angley in 2017 and has since ascended to the role of shareholder as of 2023. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, she focuses her legal practice on zoning, land use and real estate litigation. Her areas of practice have successfully covered a wide spectrum of real estate-related legal issues, including disputes, development and permitting, and transactions. She has a robust background in trial experience across various courts in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, primarily handling jury-waived cases.

Throughout her tenure, Ms. Castaldo has represented clients before multiple municipal bodies such as zoning boards, planning boards, conservation commissions and boards of selectmen. Her adept handling of zoning and subdivision appeals in various tiers of courts showcases her comprehensive understanding and capability in navigating complex real estate legal landscapes.

Currently, Ms. Castaldo serves as a co-chair of the New Lawyers Section of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA). Her involvement with REBA is extensive; she frequently appears as a panelist and has moderated numerous events and programs for the New Lawyers Section, enhancing her profile as a thought leader in real estate law.

Ms. Castaldo's academic credentials include a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated in 2017. During her time there, she contributed to the Suffolk University Law Review as a staff member and later as the associate production editor. Her foundational education was completed at Lafayette College, where she earned a B.A. in 2014.

An active member of the Boston Bar Association since 2014, Ms. Castaldo has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association as well. Her professional journey is marked by a dedicated commitment to both her clients and the advancement of the legal profession in the field of real estate. Her bar admissions include Massachusetts (2017), the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2019) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit (2023).
