Ms. Maceo-Rossi brings two decades of legal experience to her practice. In addition to criminal defense, her background includes the handling of civil rights matters and prior representation of injured and disabled workers in workers’ compensation proceedings. Before practicing in the United States, she began her legal career in the Dominican Republic, where her work included employment and labor law, civil litigation, white-collar matters, and criminal fraud cases.
Ms. Maceo-Rossi is known for her thorough preparation, command of criminal procedure, and strategic approach to defense advocacy. Her experience spans all stages of criminal proceedings, from pretrial litigation through trial and post-conviction matters.
She is a summa cum laude graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana (2005) and earned a Master of Laws in Criminal Law from Universidad de Buenos Aires (2009). She also holds a Master of Laws in American Law from Boston University School of Law (2014). Ms. Maceo-Rossi is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Dominican Republic and serves on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
