Mr. Goldberg also has experience with the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, and his family law practice includes divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, and prenuptial agreements. Approximately 10 percent of his practice is devoted to litigation.

    A native of Massachusetts, Mr. Goldberg attended Boston University as an undergraduate, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in American politics cum laude in 1971. Remaining in Boston, he pursued his legal education at Suffolk University Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1974. Admitted to practice before all Massachusetts and Florida state courts, Mr. Goldberg is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

    Mr. Goldberg has had several articles published covering a variety of topics, including residential and commercial evictions as well as the preparation of commercial real estate loan documents. A life fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association as well as The Florida Bar, he is also active in several community and civic organizations.
