Attorney Arthur Goldberg is the managing partner of Nathanson & Goldberg, P.C., in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Goldberg practices in many areas of law, with a concentration in business organizations, banking, estate planning, finance and real estate law. He represents clients throughout Greater Boston.Â
Practicing law for over 45 years, Mr. Goldberg holds licenses to practice law before the state courts of Massachusetts and Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a life fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and formerly held leadership positions in the Massachusetts Bar Association, The Florida Bar and several community organizations.
In his business law practice, Mr. Goldberg represents business owners and companies in a wide range of business-related legal matters. As a real estate attorney, he has experience with commercial and residential real estate matters, as well as condominium law and development and acquisition of real estate.Â
In recognition of his contributions to the legal profession, Mr. Goldberg is AV Preeminent* peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell. This is the prominent organization’s highest available rating, conferred upon attorneys reflecting high legal capability and ethical standards. In 1971, Mr. Goldberg graduated cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree. He went on to earn his law degree from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude in 1974. He remains an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
