Barbara L. Drury

Barbara L. Drury is a partner with Fitch Law Partners LLP law firm, which has law offices in Boston and Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island. For more than 15 years, she has provided efficient and cost-effective representation to families across her region who are going through legal challenges involving:

An honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Ms. Drury earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. She was first admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts in 2003. 

A member of the American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators (AACFL), Ms. Drury is a certified financial litigator. She frequently handles cases related to business asset valuation and other complex financial issues. She is the contributing author of the book “MCLE Financial Aspects of Divorce in Massachusetts” and is also a member of the Suffolk University Journal of High Technology Law.

For her performance and commitment to helping her clients obtain justice, Ms. Drury was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2021 list.
