Mr. Callanan has been able to obtain numerous favorable results for his clients in all of these endeavors. Some of his representative achievements have included a $4.5 million settlement for the surviving family members of a worker who was killed in a workplace accident and the successful defense of the CEO of a Fortune 500 company in an arbitration proceeding involving claims of a breach of an employment contract as well as wage and hour violations.

Mr. Callanan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. He is also admitted to practice before several federal trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Callanan obtained his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1995, and he is a member of several professional organizations.
