Edward Bopp

Ed focuses his practice on property and liability defense matters, with an emphasis on homeowners and commercial property coverage issues, defense of insurers from extra-contractual claims, and general liability claims.  Ed defends clients from first party property claims, which include issues such as arson, fraud, environmental concerns, and business interruption claims.  His practice also includes third party liability claims, subrogation, and general coverage issues.

Ed is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the U.S. District Courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and the U.S. First Circuit Court.  Ed is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, and Lawyer Pilots Bar Association.

Ed graduated from the College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Criminology and Justice Studies and graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor on the SMU Science and Technology Law Review.
