Attorney Tran is the founder of a boutique criminal defense practice established in 2018, representing clients in complex and high-exposure criminal matters throughout Massachusetts. With more than 13 years of experience and over 1,000 cases handled, she has achieved results including dismissals, acquittals, suppression of unlawfully obtained evidence, and early-stage resolutions that have prevented the issuance of criminal complaints. Her practice focuses on serious felony matters, including sex offenses, violent crimes, firearms offenses, and drug trafficking cases.
Her experience includes representation in some of the most serious charges prosecuted in Massachusetts courts, including aggravated rape, rape of a child, indecent assault and battery, armed robbery, home invasion, assault with intent to rape, strangulation, and other violent felony allegations, as well as complex firearms and controlled substance cases. Across these matters, she has obtained outcomes ranging from not guilty verdicts after trial to dismissals following successful motion practice and evidentiary challenges.
Attorney Tran began her career as a public defender with the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS), where she spent six years representing more than 500 indigent clients in District Courts across Cambridge, Somerville, Malden, and surrounding jurisdictions. This experience provided extensive courtroom exposure and a strong foundation in trial advocacy, motion practice, and case strategy in high-volume criminal dockets.
Clients seek out Attorney Tran for her judgment, discretion, and steady handling of sensitive, high-stakes matters. She is known for careful preparation, clear communication, and a measured approach to cases where outcomes carry significant personal and professional consequences.
