Jennifer Silva

Jennifer Silva is a partner at Mavrides Silva & Abbott Law (formerly Mavrides Law).  Attorney Silva joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2009 and brought to the firm experience supporting family law litigation. Her current practice focuses on divorce, paternity, child custody and support including the removal of children from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, modification, contempt, and appellate practice. She has represented clients in cases involving the valuation of business interests, commercial and residential real estate. In addition, she frequently works with expert witnesses including real estate appraisers, business appraisers, and mental health professionals. While at Suffolk University Law School, Jennifer worked as a judicial intern with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office and was on the Editorial Board of the Suffolk University Transnational Law Review, where she received the Best Editor Award in 2008. Currently, Jennifer is a member of the Boston Bar Association Family Law Steering Committee.
