As a co-founding attorney at Santoro & Gray Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Jessica M. Gray represents individuals and families in complicated personal injury matters. She focuses her practice on medical malpractice, personal injury, brain injury, defective and dangerous products, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, wrongful death, spinal cord injuries and trucking accidents. With nearly a decade of experience, Ms. Gray handles cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, guiding clients through each stage of the legal process with clarity and compassion. She develops strategic litigation plans tailored to the unique circumstances of every case and prepares matters thoroughly for negotiation or trial. Her approach combines careful case evaluation with assertive courtroom advocacy.
Academically, Ms. Gray graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Wheaton College in 2012. Driven by a deep commitment to advocacy and justice, she went on to pursue her legal education at Suffolk University Law School. During law school, she developed an interest in civil litigation and plaintiff advocacy, sharpening her skills in legal research, persuasive writing and courtroom strategy. In 2016, she proudly earned her Juris Doctor.
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 2016, Ms. Gray remains dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals and holding negligent parties accountable. Actively involved in the legal community, she serves as co-chair of the New Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. She is also a member of the American Association of Justice and the Massachusetts Juvenile Bar Association.
