Jonathan N. Soto

Jonathan N. Soto serves as the trial attorney with the Motor Vehicle Tort Division of the nationally renowned law firm of Morgan & Morgan’s Boston, Massachusetts, office. His legal acumen spans all areas of motor vehicle accidents, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, personal injury, truck accidents and wrongful death. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration and trial court conciliation.

An attorney licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts, Mr. Soto represents his clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. A strong advocate for his clients, he offers top-notch legal services to help clients navigate through the often complicated legal and insurance process. Dedicated and compassionate, he gathers evidence, consults experts and negotiates with the insurance companies on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Soto was conferred with his Juris Doctor in 2013 by the law school of New England Law | Boston after graduating from Salem State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a concentration on law enforcement administration. He previously owned and operated two personal injury law firms in downtown Boston before joining Morgan & Morgan.

Highly engaged with the legal community, Mr. Soto is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Honored by Massachusetts’ Top 40 Under 40, he has been rated “Very Good” by the attorney rating service Avvo. Originally from Southeastern Connecticut, he enjoys woodworking, playing golf and spending time with family in Maine and Connecticut during his leisure time.
