Kaitlyn Mitchell

Kaitlyn Mitchell is a real estate attorney working at the Law Offices of Sonja B. Selami, P. C., which has multiple locations across Massachusetts – Wellesley, Boston, Lexington and Hingham. Ms. Mitchell serves clients from the Boston office, assisting clients across the city with real estate-related matters such as:

· Condominiums

· Deed service

· Homeowners

· Refinancing

· Vacant land

Ms. Mitchell represents a diverse clientele ranging from buyers, sellers and lenders, to investors and developers, offering them legal guidance and counsel in real estate transactions and negotiations. She helps them throughout the legal process and strives to reach an effective resolution in her clients’ best interest. She is a certified attorney by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and accredited as a notary public by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

A Florida native, Ms. Mitchell received her undergraduate degree in business administration and entrepreneurial studies from Florida State University in 2017. She then decided to pursue a career in law and joined the Suffolk University Law School, where she served as the associate director of social affairs. She was also a member of the Business Law Association, the Inaugural Accelerated Juris Doctor Program and the Women's Law Association. Furthermore, she was the recipient of the Trustee Academic Scholarship and the Distinguished Brief Award (for her legal practice skills). 

After graduating from law school, Ms. Mitchell gained experience in various areas of law, including employment law and corporate immigration issues. She then got the opportunity to try out real estate law and found her perfect fit, which enabled her to communicate with clients and help them start a new chapter in their lives. 

Recognized by the legal community for her proficiency in real estate law, Ms. Mitchell has been honored with a spot in the list of Top Lawyers by Boston Magazine in 2022, making her the youngest lawyer to receive this accolade. Ms. Mitchell has also been awarded with the following: Top Lawyers by Boston Magazine 2023, Rising Stars by Super Lawyers 2023, Who's Who 2023 by Boston Agent Magazine, and served on the Real Estate Experts Panel 2023 by Boston Magazine.
