Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College, Mr. Kusiak went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1991. While earning his law degree, he was an editor of the law review, won the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in trial advocacy, and was honored as a Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar. He has also been named by Boston Magazine as one of the top lawyers in the region since 2021.
As an attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Kusiak has handled many cases in both federal and state courts. He represents clients from across the spectrum of commercial law and understands the complex nature of business litigation.
