Madeline Pelagalli

Madeline Pelagalli serves as a family law attorney at Fitch Law Partners LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Her practice encompasses a comprehensive range of family law matters, including divorce proceedings, custody arrangements, child support determinations, parenting time schedules, alimony negotiations and modifications to existing court judgments. She represents clients throughout Boston, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island.

Before joining the team at Fitch Law Partners LLP, Ms. Pelagalli developed her professional foundation at a boutique family law practice where she gained valuable experience handling various domestic relations cases. Her work involved guiding clients through complex emotional and legal challenges that arise during family transitions. She approaches each case with attention to detail and sensitivity to the personal nature of family law matters.

Ms. Pelagalli earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, graduating with honors and receiving a certificate in litigation and dispute resolution. During her academic career, she demonstrated exceptional advocacy skills as a member of the National Moot Court Team and achieved semi-finalist status in the Albers Honors Moot Court Competition. She also participated in and later coached the Boston University Law Mock Trial Team.

Ms. Pelagalli’s practical legal education included serving as a student attorney with the Boston University Law Civil Litigation Clinic, where she represented individuals in family, housing and employment matters. She further enhanced her understanding of family court proceedings through an externship with the Middlesex Probate and Family Court in fall 2020, where she assisted judges with legal research and drafted documents.

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2021 and New Hampshire in 2022, Ms. Pelagalli maintains active involvement in the legal community through her memberships in the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, which keep her connected to developments in family law practice and procedure.
