Malgorzata Mrozek

Malgorzata Mrozek is an attorney at Fitch Law Partners LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where she concentrates on business litigation matters, including arbitration, banking disputes, construction conflicts and real estate controversies. She serves clients throughout Boston, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island.

Before pursuing legal education, Ms. Mrozek taught English as a second language in Minneapolis public schools as part of Teach for America. She graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School and earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from The Ohio State University, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

While attending law school, Ms. Mrozek participated in the Immigration Clinic as a Rule 3:03 certified student attorney, representing immigrants in removal proceedings and special immigrant juvenile status cases before both the Boston Immigration Court and Suffolk County Probate and Family Court.

Ms. Mrozek's professional background includes a clerkship with the Honorable Denis P. Cohen of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. During this position, she prepared judicial opinions and bench memoranda addressing various legal issues such as discovery disagreements, venue questions, personal jurisdiction challenges, joinder matters and post-conviction relief applications.

Ms. Mrozek maintains active involvement in professional organizations. She participates on the Steering Committee of the Boston Bar Association's International Law Section and acts as the New Lawyers Forum liaison to that section. Additionally, she is a member of the Boston International Arbitration Council. She also brings multilingual capabilities to her practice, being fluent in Polish with moderate proficiency in French and German.
