Marc L. Breakstone

Attorney Marc L. Breakstone is a principal and founder at Breakstone, White & Gluck in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Breakstone represents Massachusetts clients in personal injury matters involving bicycle accidents, bus accidents, car accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, truck accidents and other catastrophic injuries.

Mr. Breakstone has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1986 and has more than three decades of experience litigating personal injury cases. He is also licensed before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and attained a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Breakstone has litigated high-profile cases that have received national media attention. He has recovered substantial sums from settlements and verdicts for his clients.
