Marianne C. With an extensive background handling trials, Ms. LeBlanc is recognized as a leader in Boston for her proven record of success. Representative casework includes the recovery of significant settlements in medical malpractice cases involving obstetrics, misread mammograms, liver transplant and wrongful death, laparoscopic surgery injury, failure to diagnose and hearing loss of a newborn. In addition to her successful record in medical malpractice, she also handles a wide range of complex injury cases, and is prepared to take on any negligent individual or entity responsible for injury or wrongful death.

In addition to her practice, Marianne has provided leadership to a wide variety of legal, civic and community organizations.  She currently serves as the Massachusetts State Delegate to the American Association for Justice (AAJ), as Chair of the Norfolk Superior Court Bench-Bar Committee, and on the Boards of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Women's Bar Foundation.  She is a past chair of the AAJ Women Trial Lawyers Caucus, and is a past President of the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Women's Bar Foundation of Massachusetts.  She is also a past Chair of the Civil Litigation Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association.  Marianne frequently lectures on continuing legal education programs for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and other professional organizations.
