Marilyn T. McGoldrick

For over 30 years, Marilyn T. McGoldrick has held powerful corporations accountable nationwide for hurting customers with defective or pharmaceutical products. A partner at the Thornton Law Firm LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, she is knowledgeable in representing clients who have been injured due to medical devices and many other products, and she strives to give them the due compensation they deserve for the pain and suffering they’ve had to endure.

Ms. McGoldrick completed her undergraduate studies in 1987, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree. She then went on to enroll at the Suffolk University Law School and received her Juris Doctor cum laude in 1992. Along with her license to practice in Massachusetts, she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.

Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. McGoldrick has gained the adulation of her peers for her intense dedication and her tireless work ethic which has yielded many positive changes for her clients.
