• Motor vehicle accident victim settled claim for a total recovery of $600,000.00.  Client sustained soft tissue neck and back injuries.  Client initially underwent physical therapy and chiropractic therapy.  Her MRI studies of her spine did not reveal any positive findings.  She did, however begin to experience depression.  I was able to prove the client sustained a concussion and a mild tramatic brain injury causing a significant disability and a lost wage claim.  We hired experts to confirm her depression and disability were caused from the motor vehicle trauma, 2018
• Represented client who was delivering auto parts and was struck from behind by a second motor vehicle.  Client sustained an injury to his lower back which required surgery.  The insurance company disputed causal relationship between the clients injuries and his accident.  The client has a long history of pre-existing back problems.  Furthermore, the defense disuputed the severity of the impact due to lack of property damage to the vehicles.  After discovery, and obtaining causal relation medical reports case settled.  Total settlement of $130,000.00, 2018
• Member of a trial team of lawyers who obtained a recovery of $4,800,000.00 for a cllent who sustained a tramuatic brain injury as a result of a motor vehicle crash, 2018
• represented a client who slipped and fell in the parking lot of his employer's premesis.  He struck the back of his head on the concrete and sustauned a concussion.  Workers Compensation case settled for $160,000.00, 2018
• Represented client who tripped and fell on an exposed bolt sticking up out of the concrete near a gas station pump.  The client tripped and fell and sustained a torn arm muscle.  Case settled for a total amount of $100,000.00, 2018
• Workers Compensation victim settled claim for $255,000.00.  Client slipped and fell on ice while working as a laborer.  He sustained a lower back injury.  Conservative treatment was unsuccessful and the client ultimately underwent a lumbar disc spinal fusion.  We were able to show, thru experts that the employee was unable to return to his prior work and sustained a longlasting lost wage claim., 2017
• Represented a sales person who was struck by a falling candle at a tradeshow.  The injury caused a laceration to his leg.  The client was diabetic and his wound did not properly heal and the client sustained a leg infection.  Workers Compensation case settled for 197,500.00, 2017
• Represented an employee who fell off the back of a flat bed truck while installing a sign for his employer.  He landed on his heal and sustained a fracture to his foot requiring surgery.  Case settled for $105,000.00, 2017
• Represented an elderly shopper at a grocery store who tripped over a mat.  The client sustained a fracture to her leg.  The defendant grocery store disputed liability and tried to argue our client was not paying attention and was careless.  After performing discovery, we obtained a settlement of $90,000.00 for the client, 2016
• Represented a client who attended a rock climbing gym.  Another climber above her fell and and landed on her causing a compression fracture to her spine.  No surgery or follow up treatment required.  We showed thru experts that our client is now at risk for future medical problems.  Case mediated and settled for $160,000.00, 2016
• Represented an employee who slipped and fell on water in the bathroom of his employer.  He sustained an injury to his neck.  A MRI showed he sustained a herniated disc.  Workers Compensation case settled for $120,000.00, 2016
• Represented a pedestrian who was crossing the street.  He was struck by a motor vehicle and sustained a torn rotator cuff in his shoulder.  The insurer for the driver claimed our client was not paying attention and walked into traffic.  After extensive discovery, we were able to show the defendant was negligent and the case settled for $125,000.00, 2016
