Currently serving as managing partner at Nystrom Beckman & Paris LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, Michael Paris is a reliable attorney assisting clients in matters of business litigation and general litigation. A graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Mr. Paris received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from American University before pursuing his law degree. In 1990, he earned his license to practice law in California. He is further admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Before founding his current firm, he was a partner at an international law firm, practicing civil and criminal litigation.
Throughout his practice, Mr. Paris has represented clients at all levels of the judiciary and before dispute resolution forums, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association. Notably, he served as lead counsel to a group of 60 victims in a case against one of the largest Ponzi schemes in the country. After several litigations and settlement negotiations, he recovered $40 million in losses for the victims.
