Michael T. Harris

Michael T. Harris is a staunch personal injury advocate at Morgan & Morgan in Boston, Massachusetts. He has devoted his career to fighting for the rights of his clients who sustained or lost a family member to a catastrophic injury. Clients reach out to him after facing car and motorcycle accidents, premises liability accidents, animal attacks, slips and falls, negligent security accidents and defective product accidents. He also manages the firm’s Social Security Disability practice.

A native of Lowell, Massachusetts, Mr. Harris completed his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Johnson & Wales University in 2007. He earned a doctorate in law from Suffolk University Law School in 2016 and qualified to practice law in Massachusetts the same year. He has successfully handled a number of cases before the federal courts of Massachusetts as well.

Equipped with intense knowledge of Massachusetts personal injury laws, Mr. Harris is passionate about helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own and works hard to get their lives back on track. His former clients and peers have taken the time to praise his communication ability and quality of service.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Harris worked as an intern and then as an associate at a few other esteemed Massachusetts law firms, gaining extensive hands-on experience in personal injury matters. Early in his career, he also served as an infantryman in the United States Army for over a year and was deployed to Afghanistan during that time as a part of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).

Mr. Harris is a proud member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Additionally, he serves as a mentor at the Boston Veterans Treatment Court, an organization that works for the welfare of the veteran population.
