Michael T. Marshall

One of Boston, Massachusetts-based Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff & Keefe, LLP's litigation partners is Michael T. Marshall. He primarily handles litigation and employment counseling. He takes on cases involving wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, class actions, retaliation, and discrimination in the workplace.

Additionally, Mr. Marshall represents clients with personal injury, business transactions, and subrogation and lien recovery. He also helps clients with their matters relating to the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Massachusetts Wage Act, the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.

Mr. Marshall is known for his extensive experience in representing employees in complex labor and employment disputes. With a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Boston College, Mr. Marshall also received his master’s degree in philosophy from the same university and was the recipient of the Bernard J. Lonergan Fellowship. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as vice president of the Charles A. Papy Moot Court Board.

Mr. Marshall is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
