Nathalie K. Salomon

A partner at Fitch Law Partners LLP, Nathalie K. Salomon is dedicated to serving clients in Boston, Massachusetts, and around. She focuses her practice on civil and business litigation. She represents clients in cases such as real estate litigation, banking litigation and operations, probate, will and trust litigation, fiduciary disputes and more.

With over 15 years of experience in her legal practice, Ms. Salomon is empathetic to the needs of her clients and is mindful of how business disputes can have significant consequences in one’s personal and professional life. She is a fierce litigator and has achieved considerable success on behalf of her clients. 

With extensive experience aggressively advocating for her clients, Ms. Salomon has worked on cases involving mortgages, lender liability, foreclosures, the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Massachusetts Consumer and Credit Cost Disclosure Act, the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act, partition and easement actions, family trust disputes and more. 

Ms. Salomon is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. 

Ms. Salomon has a Master of Laws degree in banking and financial law from the Boston University School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Paris XII School of Law in France. Active in the legal community, Ms. Salomon is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the French-American Chamber of Commerce, FBWN – Women in Business Network and Ellevate (invest in women).
