Neil Burns is a partner at Burns & Jain, LLC, located in Boston, Massachusetts, where

Mr. Burns graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College in 1980. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the Antioch School of Law in 1985. In the same year, he was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, establishing a legal career that has spanned more than 40 years.
